As we hit the quarter pole of the Spring 2019 season we are down to just a single team with a perfect 3-0 record and at the opposite end just one lonely squad still srambling for their first point. Let's hit the recaps to see who still stands undefeated:


8:10 - Outwit, Outplay, Outlast 5 Never Surrender 1

OOO what a game as the O folks earn their first victory

After only being up 1-0 at the intermission, Outwit, Outplay, Outlast exploded for 4 goals in the final 10:21, while only surrendering 1 goal, as they go on for a 5-1 win over Never Surrender.

For the winners, spare Brock Murray netted a hat-trick, co-captains Andrew Stephens (2g) and Amanda Murray (2a) each had 2 pts, while their masked man Marc-André Lalonde turned aside 32 of the 33 shots fired his way. Playmaker Colin Smith scored the only goal in a losing effort.

Net Finders live up to their name

Offensive guru and co-captain Kelly Brant gets 2g-1a and OFBHL rookie couple Richard Tattrie (2g) and Renee Emby (2a) each get 2 pts as their Net Finders score a 5-3 victory over Victorious Secret.

Captain Michel Blondeau scored 2 goals in the close loss.

Originals struggle again following Original game offensive explosion

Veteran tender MC Chartrand denies 32 of 34 shots while sharpshooter Jason Kellar nets 2 goals in 4Nicated By Fournelle's 4-2 win over The Originals whose goals were scored by captain Brock Murray and playmaker Sean Frewen.

Dueling hat tricks for Boivin and Guibord run Speedwagon off the road

Returning star rearguard Sylvain Guibord gets 3g-2a, smiling sniper Bruce Boivin gets 3g-1a, and ever-improving Faith Murray and seasoned vet Helene Bourgeois each pick up 3 assists as Leury's No Fleury score a 7-4 win over OREO Speedwagon.

Eric Bekkers scored 2 goals while Diane Pelletier (1g-1a), Shaun 'Shaggy' Sullivan (1g-1a), Patrick Auger (2a), and Craig Richer (2a) also got 2 pts each in the tough loss.

11:30 - Justin Time 5 Goalden Knights 4

Justin Time last of the perfect teams as they unhorse the Knights

Unbeaten Justin Time were down 2-1 at half-time, but they doubled up the Goalden Knights 4-2 in the 2nd half and they held on for the narrow 5-4 victory.

Cannon-shooters Mark Yeates and Bradley McCarter each fired home 2 goals for the winners....while Sean Robertson, Shawn Lemoine and Kiyomi Takahara each had 1g-1a in a losing effort.

12:20 - Herb and Spice 4 Vicious & Delicious 4

Ricard does it all to earn V&D their first point of the season

After getting beat pretty badly in their first 2 games this season, Vicious & Delicious held a 4-2 lead with 8 minutes left to play, but Herb & Spice scored 2 late goals to tie the game 4-4....but at least V&D didn't lose this one.

For the Spice girls and guys, Frank Zic had 2g-1a and spare Melissa Blondeau had 1g-2a....while on the other side, Nevill Carney had 2 goals, spare Spencer McDonald and Missy Newhook each had 1g-1a, and goalie captain Pascal Ricard chipped in 2 assists.
