After a big win to open their season, Five Alive came into Week 4 riding a rough 2 game losing skid while their opponents the Truculent Defenders have had the opposite season, after a disappointing loss to open they had won 2 straight tight one goal affairs and looked to move to the top of the standings with another in this game. The first period would see a ton of action mostly in the TD end as they wer outshot soundly 21-8, it was mainly a couple of temporary Five Alive members doing the damage with spares Ty St-Jean and Zach Verge leading the charge along with co-captain Amanda Stephens .
