The 2nd period would see AH come out guns blazing in order to get themselves back into the game, Corey would score his 2nd of the game and that was goal was sandwiched by a pair of Brad McCarter blasts and all of sudden RL were trailing for the 2nd time in this game by a score of 4-3. RL would get a goal soon after from returning vet Roxanne Pilon to even the score, the clock drained away on the game and neither team were able to light lamp despite great chances at both ends. That is until with just 15 seconds to play RL sniper Shawn Lemoine would use his patented wrister to score the GWG and play hero for his team in this game as RL walk away with an exciting 5-4 victory.
