Game Recap:

After a very strong start to the season things have gone extremely sideways for The Next Generation as they have dropped to the bottom of the standings losers of 3 straight lopsided games, their schedule would not get easier in Week 6 as they faced off versus the veteran and shooter laden Red Lights who certainly know how to live up to their team name and light the lamp.

The trend for TNG through their difficult streak has been slow starts and this game would be no different, in fact after just 5 minutes of play they would trail 3-0, to their credit TNG would battle back to make it 3-2 but with just over a minute left in the period RL sniper Shawn Lemoine

would pop a backbreaker to make it 4-2 at halftime.

The second half would see some strong play from both sides as TNG would lead the way on the shot counter, however it was never really close thanks to the big shooters on RL who continued to make that Red Light flash right to the end of the game. After Lemoine completed his trick early in the period, Tim Squires

would find twine for a hatty of his own to extend their lead. TNG's tenacious duo of Michel Sirois

and Josianne Garneau

would do their best to keep it close but at the final buzzer RL walk away victors by a 9-5 score leaving TNG searching for answers losers of their 4th straight game.
