Very early in the second stanza HP would pull haead thanks to a goal from venerable veteran Dale Cahoon assisted by super rookies Sam Parsonson and Hannah MacDonnell , their lead would extend to 3-1 off the stick of captain Brock Murray soon after. HP would continue to pepper the PPP goal with shots but were unable to beat the masked bandit Russell Latham again, Russ would put forth yet another stellar outing in this game turning aside 45 of 48 shots. With 7:36 to play another vet Don Prior managed to light the lamp off a Gisele Seguin feed to pull PPP within a goal, they would put on the pressure the rest of the way but were unable to find any more magic and fall by 3-2 in a very tight contest. HP keep pace with Amanda Hugginkiss at the top of the standings with a 5-2-0 record while PP fall to 2-4-1 and 11th place overall.
