This time it was HRA playing the part of the desperate squad as they pounced on RL out of the gates... in a shock to no one who's been paying attentino it was Dave Allston leading the way for HRA potting a pair in the opening 5 minutes. His team would give up the next goal but continue to pour it on finishing the period with a 5-1 lead on the scoreboard and a 32-23 edge on shot counter.

Trailing by a brace of goals RL would flip the script in the 2nd period, magic man Tim Squires would open the period with a snipe then with the score 5-3 would pot his 2nd of the game with 9:31 remaining to make it interesting. HRA goalie Herb Beagan has had an illustrious O4 career and came into this game off one of his best all time efforts in Week 7, for an encore in Week 8 all that the decorated tender would do is face 53 shots, many of those shots came in the final 9 minutes of this game, but the Hall of Fame tendy would not surrender the tying goal as HRA squeak out a 5-4 win. Ty St-Jean and Kelly Brant put up some nice stats for the winners, while Shawn Lemoine scored his 13th goal of the season in defeat.
