They Came, they Saw, they Mercied

In a bit of a shocker, the O Come All Ye Faith-ful squad scored early and often as they tallied 7 unanswered goals, the mercy margin, with 2:22 remaining in the 1st half. All that was left to be determined is if the Runners & Gunners could manage to score a goal in those final couple of minutes to avoid a 7-0 mercy loss after the 1st half.

Sadly for them, spare goalie Brent Ferguson stopped the 11 shots he faced in the half, helping his temporary team get the 7-0 whitewashing.

Last season's leading point-getter Brock Murray  was the main catalyst with a hatty plus 2 helpers, while captain Sean Malloy  had 1G-1A and veteran rearguard Isabelle Lachapelle  chipped in 3 primary assists.
