Kids' Captain Jason Muscant coming off a 3 goal regular season last session would almost match that number with a pair of snipes in the first period alone to stake his team to a 3-0 lead at the break. The second period would see more of the same but even less scoring as Pat Gaudreau and Portelance were almost perfect in the frame stopping 37 of 38 shots on goal, the one marker would come off another Muscant's stick as Corey would extend the lead to 4-0 which was more than enough for Portelance to make a triumphant O4 return. The stellar tender starts his 5th O4 season in style with a 4-0 shutout victory as TKAAR stake their claim as the early favourite this season.
